Progressive economy helps national prosperity: UML chair Oli

Kathmandu, Nov 11: CPN(UML) chair and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the market oriented economy, liberalism and open society were not only the way for economic prosperity of the nation.
He added that it has been proved from the experience in our country.
While inaugurating the 4th annual general meeting of the Nepal Industrial Entrepreneurs Federation here today, leader Oli claimed that his party only could lead the nation politically, culturally and intelligently.
He stressed on respect for all kinds of professions. Leader Oli opined for implementing a progressive economic policy for the national development.
Speaking in the same programme, former governor at the Nepal Rastra Bank Dr Yubraj Khatiwada shared the statistics that about 400,000 workers were forced to work in foreign land annually.
